MISSION STATEMENT
The philosophy of the Dobkin Criminal Law Center is to provide the
very best representation possible, acknowledging that our dogged determination
is often regarded as aggressive and unbending when it comes to championing
our client’s cause. Although it is not an attorney’s job
to pick a fight, we never back down from one, either. The ultimate
goal in every criminal matter is that the charges do not get filed,
but if they do, we strive to get the case dismissed altogether, or
an acquittal at trial. For obvious reasons, many cases are, in fact,
resolved through plea agreements. In those instances, we are relentless
in our pursuit of the best possible disposition of the client’s
matter. As a result of this dynamic, we have many satisfied and grateful
clients.
The Dobkin Criminal Law Center was founded and is solely owned and operated by its principal Joseph M. Dobkin, Esquire. Mr. Dobkin is an attorney admitted to practice only in the State of Florida. The Dobkin Criminal Law Center’s clients include those who have been charged with serious offenses, those who believe they are about to be, and those who are concerned that they may be under an investigation. Clients are served throughout the State of Florida and nationwide. Aggressive representation is provided throughout every stage of the criminal proceeding. Mr. Dobkin's AV rating was granted by Martindale-Hubbell, Inc. Martindale-Hubbell is the country's leading lawyer rating service. An Av rating recognizes a firm that has achieved the highest level of professional skill and integrity. The Av rating of Mr. Dobkin is based upon peer review by members of The Florida Bar, as well as the judiciary. In other words, lawyers and judges who have worked closely with–both for and against–opine that we are among the best lawyers in our business not only for our legal skill, but also for our honesty, ethics, and integrity.
ADDITIONAL MISSION–THE FINAL STEP
The Dobkin Criminal Law Center has assisted many clients in the sealing
and expungement process, in order to clear their records. When this
remedy is available, it assists people in obtaining employment, schooling,
housing, credit, and many other opportunities which are currently unavailable
to those with criminal records. Different states have different statutes,
procedures, and forms of relief. In other words, some states offer
only expungements, whereas other states will permit an individual to
entirely seal a conviction thereby enabling them to indicate for all
intended purposes, that the conviction never occurred. It is also not
available in many situations and could be virtually useless if you
are having a problem with Immigration & Naturalization officials.
The Dobkin Criminal Law Center also assists people with clemency and
parole matters.
